Bashar Masri firmly believes that Palestinians are capable of building their own state, emphasizing that a strong economy is the foundation for progress and prosperity. From this conviction, he developed a vision focused on creating a modern investment environment, with an emphasis on creating job opportunities and fostering entrepreneurship.

Masri shares the vision adopted by the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO), that the future Palestinian state should be democratic and secular, respecting intellectual, political, and religious pluralism, and ensuring equal rights for all citizens.

This belief stems from his conviction that a strong and prosperous state can only be built through respect for freedoms, good governance, and social justice, ensuring active participation from all segments of Palestinian society in shaping their future through fair democratic elections to select their leadership.

Masri is deeply committed to empowering youth, women, and marginalized groups in building the future. He has worked to create thousands of job opportunities for Palestinian youth, enabling them to take leadership roles and contribute effectively to building the institutions and economy of the state. He views Palestinian youth as the driving force that will lead Palestine towards a strong and sustainable economy.
